1. Cultural attraction is one of the reasons for traveling, and food is the best language to get people together. We enjoy different food and cultures, and make friends with people around the world. After traveling, we have another stomach. Our original one mixed with different flavors, we started our food revolution. I visited Turkiye team with my students in 2010, we had a food party, the students used the ingredients they could find in Turkey. That’s our first brain storm for food innovation. Blackboard VC room, TIG website, and FB private group are the places we connected together.

We had good VC support from Blackboard, but most of the teachers, students, parents didn’t want to learn it, for that’s extra work… what a pity! In order to promote to eat healthily, we have 4 future doctors and a pharmacist in our group. They are my students, and they are intern or still in the university. Some students just graduated and some study in another country for their master degree. During my school visits, the school always had food exchange performance, and the students were mad at it. I even connected with different countries and had VCs. Let the teachers and students learn to use VC room. That’s a good performance room for projects. Everyone became fond of food revolution. That’s interesting. Why not drive them crazy for food with ICT? ---On line reports is attractive, it can develop and attract more co-work.

Quali sono gli aspetti tecnologici del progetto?What are the technological aspects of the project?: 
We used FB private group and TIG website to perform the students’ work. For most of the teams don’t like to post on the website, some can’t use FB, I asked the students to be my assistants and help to post the reports from FB private group to TIG website. From the other side, the students knew how to help others and use ICT on projects. It’s a good way to encourage the students to use ICT on projects. One obstacle is some countries always said they need to protect the kids to be exposed in public. I’m thinking to invite more parents to help the students, especially the video conference, ppts, and films making for project presentations. Now two students, Harry and Kevin from Taiwan who joined the project are good at film making since 2 years ago, got scholarships to study abroad for months. That’s a good example.
Con quanti utenti interagisce il progetto?/How many users does the project interact with? : 
Because some teams copied my old projects, I set this project in private on FB and TIG and if there’s no report from the students, I will delete the team. I have to protect the student’s copyright, it’s very important. There’s few copyright ideas among the teachers. All of the students worked so hard for their dream or their interests, we have to take care for them. Food innovation is like a brainstorm, not only follow but break the stereotypes, and that’s the reason we couldn’t include many teams in it. Because we didn’t get award in 2017, many teams quitted, I was disappointed but it made more teams know we are working for stimulating the students, encouraging and having brain storm. A good lesson we experienced. We will be stronger, for we passed the storms and survived.
Di quali mezzi o canali si avvale il progetto?/Which media or channels does the project use?: 
We have work reports from the teams at any time, every month, for food innovation is never stopped. We use VC room Blackboard provided, TIG private group, and FB private group https://www.facebook.com/groups/1666043150340536/ But the students and teachers like to use FB, it is more convenient. You can you’re your reports at any time. We enjoy working together all the time.

So far, I set it in private. But my old awarded projects were copied. after we got award.
Quali sono le aspettative future?/What are future expectations?: 
The students are creative, only need the teachers to find their specifics and encourage them. They have talents but need motivations. It can be not only a research on future work but fun of life, that’s very important. Teachers are the key of the projects, only a passionate teacher can guide the students and create miracles. It is a voluntarily extra work for the teachers, if you enjoy inspiring the students, you won’t stop this action and will create more opportunities for the students. The elder students who graduated from the school will be back to help the youngers. You don’t need a place to teach, they can collaborate on line. That’s ICT collaboration, it can create a classroom easily, and I think the elders are willing to guide the young. We used TIG website, Michael from Canada provided, and FB private group, it’s safe and convenient for the students to make good use of it. Many people are still thinking it’s not good for the kids to use ICT, but the world is changed, if the parents can help, it’s a good way to get more knowledge and let the kids develop their talents earlier or enjoy creation and life. Since we can’t change the internet influence to the kids, why not make good use of it? The graduated students can be our good assistants in ICT development. Helping others is kind of helping ourselves, that’s kind of achievement for the students, no matter how old they are. Give the students a place to develop or share and try to enjoy the life. Create more miracles for education with boundless ICT.
