Kant – The School that Adopts Human Rights

From the “Adopt a Human Right” Project to the “Digital Bridge Project” … The students of the Rome liceo classico Kant have collected funds to help purchase bicycles for the students in Cameroon who have to walk up to 14 km. to reach their schools. They have also designed a satellite reception system and solar panels. Moreover, the Rome meets Fontem Project allowed these students to participate in the third edition of the Global Junior Challenge, where they reached the final round.

 
Now, the “Liceo Classico Kant” is heading the Digital Bridge Project. Ten years of intercultural exchanges with Fontem (Cameroon) are recounted in the school journal, Kantiere, by Sara Barboni. Here is the article on the School meets School Project Journal.
